We are sorry as we know this is a response you are unsatisfied, however, to avoid experiencing similar situation in the future, we would appreciate it if you could refrain from uploading of any videos related NTT Solmare games on any sites such as YouTube as much as possible.

It's a update of how NTT Solmare answer about copyright strike
I made this site cuz I think many ppl might need it

We don’t represent NTT Solmare and none of us are from NTT Solmare so the information here can be wrong (It's just a reference for ppl who wants to upload videos about their game)

If you have Question that doesn't appear here or you don't trust this site, you can also asking NTT Solmare to get their own answer

1. This site is made by ppl who got this prob if you have any info that you want to share (ex. your experience or how they answer you or anything you think its helpful for other who is also in this issue) You can just contact me (you can see my email below)

• Why am I getting Copyright Strike from them?

They recognize you violated one of their TOS

• What's their TOS/ Prohibited Actions ?

-Excessively resizing or editing any images within our games.

-Uploading images or stories of our games to websites, personal blogs, or SNS platforms for the primary objective of viewing the content. (Uploading a full chapter, an entire story, or any images from the game that spoil the general plot of any story)

-Taking part in any activity that claims to be on the part of NTT Solmare Corporation or any of their employees.

-Engaging in any action that deviates or damages the reputation of our games.

-With the exception of images and screenshots taken from the game, any copying, scanning, sampling, tracing, etc., of any of our source content (illustrations, movies, voices, music, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• What type of video are not allowed?

In conclusion, any videos that contain the content from the game that spoils the general plot of any story

Ex. Phone call with the characters, Messages with them
Events story, Special Card's story, conversation, main/side story

more Example:
Let's play video
Introduce Video that contain their background, how they grow up, what happened in the past, what will happen
...etc.

For example, if you want to make a video to introduce Satan then you shouldn't talk about how he grew up or other detail then appear in the later story cuz obey me's team think ppl won't play themselves if you tell or spoil other ppl the story

• What type of video are allowed?

In conclusion video that doesn't contain any story of their game and doesn't violate their TOS

• How to avoid videos takedown / channel ban?

The best way to avoid them is just DON'T upload any videos about Obey Me or NTT Solmare's game!

(You can check the mail they send it writes "To avoid experiencing similar situations in the future, we would appreciate it if you could refrain from uploading any videos related NTT Solmare games on any sites such as YouTube as much as possible." )

• Am I safe if my video didn't get any copyright strike till now?

Well I guess NO
My videos for example got copyright strike from them after 3 months and some got it 1 or 2 hours after they upload the videos and some got it after a few weeks so The time that receive a copyright strike it's kinda differently

• Can I ask them to retract it?

Ofc you can ask but I don't think they will accept a retraction. (The chance is very low)

As their TOS said: "NTT Solmare will not be held responsible for any damages done to the users as long as there is no malice or gross negligence on the part of the company"

So If you really violated their TOS they don't have to retract it or if you didn't violate it and you think it's a false strike, they probably still won't retract it besides that they have total right to change their TOS anytime without any notice

NTT Solmare Corporation reserves the right to change the Terms of Service and Use without any prior notice. Furthermore, please be aware that we will not be held liable for any damages or consequences that may arise from failure to follow the Content Terms of Service and Use

• How to contact them (NTT Solmare)?

From what I know there's 2 ways

1. Contact them per E-Mail - it takes about 1 to 3 business day

2. Per the Facebook community - how long do they reply is depending, sometimes is quicker but sometimes very slow.
Me example they took 2 days to reply to me but they don't reply message on weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) so if you write them on weekend you'll have to wait for some Time

You should contact specific game's community (which send you the copyright strike) and not NTT Solmare itself
For example, If the struck video is about Obey Me than you should go to Obey Me's Facebook community

• Am I just out if I got a copyright from them?

If you got only one then you just have to delete other videos about NTT Solmare's game immediately and if you have already got 3 then you are out.

If your strike didn't reach 3 then the strikes you got now, will disappear after 3 months (If youtube didn't change the rules)

Remember that They can send you 3 strikes at same time without any prior notice if they want.

• So is there really no way to save my channel or account?

I guess yes because as far as I know, they didn't retract anyone's strike
